What’s Not Included
FONT LICENSES: Should we decide to go for custom paid fonts for your brand identity, it is your responsibility to purchase the necessary desktop & web font licenses.
STOCK IMAGES & LICENSING: If you require any stock images or graphics for your brand identity, it is your responsibility to purchase the necessary licenses to use them on your website, online or your marketing collateral.
DOMAIN, HOSTING & EMAIL: You will be responsible for your own domain, hosting and email expenses.
THIRD PARTY PLUGINS: If you would like to connect a third-party plugin or add some functionality to your website that can only be provided by a plugin, then you will be responsible for purchasing/ subscribing to it.
DELIVERABLES OUTSIDE OF SCOPE: The deliverables outlined in this Proposal are the agreed deliverables for this project. If you want to add something else or feel that something is missing please let me know before approving the Proposal.
CREDIT CARD FEES: In the case that you want to pay via credit card, you will need to pay a US Stripe fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

The simple answer is no. I believe branding is way more than just a logo, it is a full story told through intentional visuals.

A lot! The branding process is really a collaboration, nobody knows your business better than you. We will be in contact at least once a week and go through refinements together to ensure you get exactly what you’ve been dreaming of.

I like to break projects down into payment plans to (1) make the investment a little easier for you and (2) keep the project moving with regular payments. Your first payment is non-refundable and required to save your spot in my schedule. If you wait to pay this, you will risk losing your spot and being pushed to a later start date. Then, the rest of your payments will be spread out equally throughout the project. Please note that these payments are scheduled by date, NOT by milestones in the project. I do this to avoid delays + keep the project moving. All of your payments will be made online via Dubsado.

For our project, there will be due dates for me to present concepts to you and there will be due dates for you to give me feedback on those concepts. I always allow 7 days for you to give your feedback or until we are able to schedule a call to go over things together.
If I’m expecting something from you (feedback, copy, materials, etc.) and I don’t hear anything from you within 15 days of your due date, I have the right to put your project on hold or cancel it and you will be required to pay up to the work done. There will be a fee for project rescheduling. I try to avoid doing this as much as possible, but sometimes it is necessary to keep things moving.

I allow up to 2 rounds of revisions on branding concepts and website mockups, which will be outlined in your timeline. If you want to add more revisions, there will be a $200 USD charge added to your final bill for each extra round option.

First, we'll schedule a time to chat and ensure we're a fit! Then, I will require your initial deposit and a signed contract to reserve your date. Please note: My calendar typically books out 1-2 months in advance!
